WITH THE EXPERTS

IM Endo Forum gives you the opportunity to present your experience with a case to be discussed with participants and faculty members in an informal setting.

A description of the case (see instructions below) should be submitted via the on-line form before January 7th, 2023.

Each case will undergo a blinded peer review by the scientific team considering basic characteristics such as originality, technique, devices and scientific value. The authors of the selected cases will receive a notification of acceptance during the week of January 16th, 2023.

Selected cases will be included in dedicated sessions scheduled on Thursday and Friday afternoon from 6.00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The letter of acceptance will contain also an example of the slide deck to be attentively followed when preparing the final presentation including clinical history, pre-treatment imaging, treatment strategy and technique, results and follow-up. Short videos will be also allowed.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

You are kindly requested to submit abstracts matching the following guidelines:

  • Abstract length 250 words maximum
  • The abstract should be as informative and succinct as possible
  • Title should adequately convey the content of the abstract and should not exceed 120 characters, including spaces. Please avoid use of abbreviations.
  • State method and devices used.
  • Summarize results obtained.
  • Follow-up
  • Include the full names of all authors, institution, city, state, and country. Moreover phone and e-mail address of the corresponding author
